At Style Essence, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Return requests for reasons such as size issues, wrong item received, or damaged product will be accepted after verification.
Return requests will not be accepted for issues related to graphic design, print placement, or slight colour variations. Please note that colours may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.
Products purchased on sale or with special discounts are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We offer one-time free exchange for size issues.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must meet the same conditions as returns: unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original packaging and tags.
Exchange is subject to availability of stock in the required size/design.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Customized or made-to-order items.
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
1. Email us at style24essence@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our address (details will be shared via email).
4. After inspection, your refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes:
Reverse pick-up is available only in select pin codes. In other areas, customers may need to self-ship.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund will not be processed if the product fails quality inspection.
